Remove runtime plugin installation, keep the review contract self-contained, and recover invalid stored authentication by clearing it, posting a new device sign-in link, and retrying once.

Verified with Deno tests, type-checking, formatting, and a live Gitea sign-in and review on Memona PR #948.
